Use this Arrow so you will know where you have been!

1. Open a new image  600 x 500 pixels, and fill this with a gradient from a lighter forground and a darker background colour. I used gradient Methaliek.
Settings:

2. Effects - Textureffects - Lamellen
Settings:



3. Effects - Plugins - Unlimited 2.0 - Edges Quare - Quare 13.
Settings:

4. Effects - 3D effects - Dropshadow: 

 

5. Repaet the dropshadow but know Vertical and  horizontal on -4

6. Layers - new layer
and fill him with #ffffff (white)
Layers - Organize - Merge layer down

7. Select Gridlayer 1
Effects - Plugins - Graphic Plus - StarLite
Settings:

8. Open your tube: "ChristinaMistedPPT",
en paste it as new layer on your image.
Image - Mirror
Move it a little to the left
Put the match mode on Luninance Old.

9. Layers Duplicate, Lock your tube layer,
and select your Tubelayer beneath the locked layer.
Effects - Texture-effects - Glass texture
Settings:

10. Put your layer opacity on 20 the matchmode is already on luninance old,
otherwise change that.
Layers Duplicate - Image Mirror - Image flip
Layers - Merge - Merge all layers.
Adjust - Sharp - Unsharp mask
Settings:

11. Unlock your upper tube layer, and put him where you prefer on your image.
Go to your eraser Tool and erase the arm from tube "ChistinaMistedPPT"!
Erase also the parts of the tube's and Glasstexture that are outsite the pictureframe. 

12. Open your Tube "MistedJeweryFacePPT", and paste it as new layer on your creation.
Picture - Picture Mirror
Effects - Photo effects - Black/white Movie.
Adjust - Sharp - Sharper
Check again if nothing is outside your pictureframe otherwise erase it with your erasetool!

13. Lock all your layers know keep only your Framelayer open!!!

14. Go to your selection tool
Settings:

 And make a retangle in your pictureframe

15. Open Pattern "StripesPPT" and paste it in your selection.
Effects - photo effects - black/white movie.

16. Unlock all your layers and select your upper layer,
Duplicate this layer 5 times and merge all layers down each time you duplicate one....

17. Check for the last time if there are no leftovers from your tubes or Glasstexture otherwise 
erase it!!!
Layers - Merge - Merge all Layers.

18.  Image - add borders - 2 pixels black
Image - add borders - 15 Pixels white
Select with your magictool your white border...
(Turn feather of!)
Make gradient with a lighter forground and a darker background colour
I used white and black.
Settings:

Fill your selected (white) border with your gradient...

19.  Effects - Innert Bevel
Settings:

20.  Selection - No Selection.
Open your Tube "TubeSparkelsPPT", and past it as new layer on your image.
Put it to the left (see my creation example above)
Layers - Merge - Merge all layers. 

21.  Open your tube "TekstDreamslesPPT"
Paste it as new layer, and put him in the middle down.
Layers - Merge - Merge all layers

22.  Check for yourself iff you need to scharpen your creation....
or eventually need to remove Noise to get a better result. 

23.  Layers - New gridlayer and put your nametag on it.
Merge all Layers.
