This tutorial was written on 18/05/2007
in Paint Shop pro X
but also very good making in other versions of Psp

Materials/Plugins

 Filters: 
Xero - SoftMood
                                            

Materials in Zipfile: 
3 Tubes

The nice "Misted Tube Face02-Isa" I used came from Isabella's:

Put your 3 Tubes in the right place in your Paint Shop Files

Oke ... Let's get Started! .

1. Open a new image 600 x 450 pixels and fill it with #ffffff (White) 
Open new Gridlayer fill this layer whit a darker colour from you Tube
(I used #22588c).

2. Layers - Mask Loaded - load from disc - "Maskerles2",
remove the Masklayer and merge
all Layers.

3. Open your tube "Fantasy2.", and resize him twice whit 70% (all Layers selected)
and paste it as new layer on your Background-image.
Move the tube to the right above.

4. Open your tube "Accent"and resize it with 70%, (all layers selected)
Paste it as new layerand move it with your mover-tool to right under.
so that he covers a small part off your "fantasy" tube.
Adjust - Sharp - Sharpen 

5. Open now your "Misted Tube Face02-Isa"  and paste it as new Layer
and place her on the leftside in the middle.
( See my example above)
Layers - Copy
Lock this layer!
Select your "Misted Tube Face02" layer (Gridlayer 3)

6. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind Settings:

7. Unlock your "Misted Tube Face02",
and move him a little to the left.
Layers - Merge - Merge all layers

8. Effecten - Plugins - Xero (SoftMood).
Settings:
(If you are using your own tube, you may need to use other settings
Just play with the settings and see what's the best setting for your own tube!)

9. Image - Add Borders - 2 pixels - White.
Again - add borders but now 15 pixels and a different colour.
Select this border with your Magic wand.

10. Make a gradient liniair with 2 colours from your tubes.
(a lighter foreground and a darker background colour).
I used #7bc0f1 as forground and  #000000 as background.



11. Fill your selected bordernow with your gradient and put your Plugin Xero- SoftMood on
Use the same settings as on step8!!!!

12. Layers - New Gridlayer
and put your name ore nametag on this layer.
Merge all layers.

13. Adjust - Sharp - Unsharp Maske
Settings:

14. You can put some animations on your creation know if you like!
Go to animation Shop for that....

And we are READY!!!!

TIP: It can be nice to colourize your creation know in one colour
